Custom "I d2o"- Request Form
These are made-to-order, so please fill out the Request Form to get the process started. You will not be able to order without first filling out the Request Form.
Personalize my "I d2o" design with names and a date or short phrase (25 characters, max). You can dictate the color of the dice's outline, the heart color (felt or satin stitch) and the color of the hoop, as well as the size of the hoop (6" hoop is standard).
The pictures feature several examples with text as well as one without text. Some have felt hearts while others have a satin-stitch heart. Both heart styles are available.
